Arinmode
This Shipping Policy explains where Arinmode currently delivers, our shipping costs, how orders are processed and the estimated delivery times for the United States and United Kingdom.

1. Where we ship
Arinmode currently ships orders to:

- United Kingdom
Orders must be submitted with a valid delivery address in one of the supported markets above.
2. Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for orders delivered to the United States and the United Kingdom.
No minimum order value is required for free standard shipping.
3. Business days
Business days for the shipping estimates in this policy are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public holidays are not counted as processing or transit business days unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Processing and delivery times
Delivery consists of two stages:

5. Order cutoff
The applicable order cutoff depends on the delivery market.
Orders submitted after the applicable cutoff are counted from the next business day for processing and delivery-estimate purposes.
Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays or applicable public holidays are processed from the next applicable business day.
6. Order processing
After your order is placed, it normally requires 1–3 business days to be prepared for dispatch.
Processing may include confirming the order information, preparing the products for shipment and completing the necessary fulfilment steps.
The processing period is separate from the carrier transit period.
7. Shipping confirmation and tracking
When tracking information becomes available for your shipment, it may be sent to the email address associated with your order.

8. Delivery estimates
The delivery periods stated in this policy are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Arinmode's reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruption or other logistical events.
A delay does not reduce or remove any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
9. Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help where the order has not yet progressed too far through fulfilment, but an address change cannot always be guaranteed after an order has begun processing.
10. Delayed or missing deliveries
If your order has not arrived and the estimated delivery period has passed, first check any available tracking information.
If you still need assistance, contact info@arinmode.com with your order number so we can review the shipment.
Where an order is confirmed as lost, cannot be delivered, or otherwise requires a remedy, Arinmode will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law. This may include replacement or refund where required.
11. Damaged, incorrect or defective items
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, defective or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us at info@arinmode.com .
Include your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may be useful where reasonably necessary to identify the issue.
Defective, incorrect or non-conforming products are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits the remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
12. Returns
Arinmode offers a 30-day commercial return period for eligible products in the United States and United Kingdom.

Statutory cancellation and defective-goods rights remain unaffected where applicable.
