Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (GMT+10), Monday through Friday.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays in the State of Victoria.

Please note: During peak periods (e.g. Australian public holidays, promotional events, or seasonal surges) or in the event of carrier delays, delivery times may occasionally be longer. Such delays are outside our control.


Shipping Destination

We currently ship within Australia. Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier conditions. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may require additional business days beyond the standard timeframe.


Packaging

All Arinmode orders are carefully packaged to protect your items during transit. Blazers, dresses, and jackets are packed to minimise creasing, and shoes are shipped in their original boxes. If your outer packaging appears damaged upon arrival but your item is intact, this is not cause for concern. If the item itself is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@arinmode.com.


Carriers

We work with trusted Australian shipping carriers and local delivery partners — including Australia Post and other reputable domestic courier services — to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. The carrier used may vary depending on your delivery address and the most efficient shipping route available. Tracking information will be provided where available.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information (where available). You can check the status of your delivery at any time on our Order Tracking page.


Taxes & Duties

For deliveries within Australia, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included in the displayed product price unless otherwise stated. No additional import duties or customs fees apply for domestic Australian orders.


Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@arinmode.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed or dispatched.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to deduct any return and re-shipping costs from the applicable refund amount.
