Welcome to Arinmode. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website as well as the purchase of products by customers in Australia. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Definitions
- Return Window: The period within which a customer may request a return, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Customer / Consumer: Any individual purchasing products from Arinmode for personal, non-commercial use.
- Business Day: Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays in the State of Victoria.
- Distance Contract: A contract for the purchase of goods concluded entirely through remote means, without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.
- We / Us / Our: Arinmode, the business offering products through this website.

3. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders, offers, and contracts between Arinmode and customers in Australia. Any terms or conditions proposed by the customer that differ from these Terms will not be recognised unless expressly agreed to by us in writing.
4. Products & Descriptions
Our product listings are made in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Arinmode offers apparel and footwear including blazers, dresses, jackets, shirts, and shoes.
Minor variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen display settings, lighting, or production tolerances. Such variations do not constitute a defect provided they do not affect the normal use and enjoyment of the product.
5. Formation of Contract
A binding contract is formed when you place an order and receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Returns
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. You may exercise this right subject to the conditions set out in that policy.
Certain items are excluded from the right of return — including items showing signs of wear, custom or personalised items, and final sale items. For shoes specifically, soles must show no signs of wear. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
7. Customer Obligations During the Return Period
During the return window, customers are expected to handle products with reasonable care. Products may only be inspected to the extent necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and fit — as would be permitted in a physical store. Any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary may be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are displayed in AUD ($), inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The price applicable is that shown at the time of order confirmation. Orders already confirmed are not affected by subsequent price changes.

9. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Australia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within an estimated 4–6 business days from the date of dispatch. The order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT+10), Monday through Friday. Shipping is free on all orders.

10. Consumer Guarantees & Statutory Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Under these guarantees, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These statutory rights apply in addition to any voluntary return rights described in our Return & Refund Policy and cannot be contracted out of.
If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@arinmode.com. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, Arinmode's liability for any breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to: (a) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; (b) the repair of the goods; (c) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or (d) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, that cannot lawfully be excluded under the ACL.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product photography — is the property of Arinmode or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
13. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
For any complaints or concerns, please contact us first at info@arinmode.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 hours.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes not resolved through our complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or services. The current version will always be published on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
